1. Terminal type?

Such as: JST's ZH1.5, SH1.0, Molex's 51021, 51146,

 

2. How many PINs are the terminals?

Such as: 2PIN, 3PIN, 5PIN.

 

3. What specifications and wire numbers do you want?

Such as: the specification is UL1007, UL3266, UL3239. Line number AWG20, AWG26, AWG30.

 

4. What is the length?

Generally, it refers to the length of the exposed part of the wire. Does it include the tinned part? If it is a single-ended wire, check whether the length of each wire is the same? (About the stripping length, the stripping length of the welding plate in the industry is generally 1.5-3MM, and the stripping length of the through-board welding is generally 3-5MM, depending on the thickness of your PCB)

 

5. How to sort the multi-color wires?

Such as: black red white green
